Session Time
All sessions are 50 minutes long.
Sessions take place virtually over Zoom.
Billing
We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, CashApp, Paypal and Zelle.
Standing Appointment Policy
If a client cancels three (3) consecutive standing sessions, regardless of the reason, Nena TLC will no longer be able to hold the client’s standing appointment for the remainder of the school year.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, for any reason, you must notify us by 6:00 PM ET the day before the appointment or a late cancellation fee will be incurred.
